TITLE REPORT ANALYSIS: Review of the real property preliminary title report for errors in the Schedule "A" legal description and Schedule "B" easement documentation.
PROPERTY LINE SURVEY: A field survey for the sole purpose of locating real property lines of a given parcel of land.
BOUNDARY ANALYSIS: Review of the field survey recovered real property line evidence for conformance with previous record information.
ALTA/ASCM SURVEY: A platted field survey of real property (typically commercial) for the sole purpose of supplying a title company or lender with any matters not evidenced by public record necessary for issuing title insurance as required by the American Land Title Association/American Congress on Surveying & Mapping.
REAL PROPERTY REPORT: A platted field survey of real property (typically residential) for the sole purpose of supplying a buyer or seller with any matters not evidenced by public record including encroachments by pools, garages and other structures.

TENTATIVE MAP: A map made for the purpose of depicting the design and improvement of a proposed subdivision including existing conditions in and around the real property.
FINAL MAP: A map made for the purpose of creating a subdivision of real property into five or more parcels and filed with the county surveyor.
PARCEL MAP: A map made for the purpose of creating a subdivision of real property into four or fewer parcels and filed with the county surveyor.
CONDOMINIUM PLAN: A plan made for the purpose of creating real property parcels with all unit owners having a right in common to use the common elements with separate ownership confined to the individual units.
CONDOMINIUM CONVERSION: A plan made for the purpose of converting residential real property into real property parcels with all unit owners having a right in common to use the common elements with separate ownership confined to the individual units.
LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A document created for the purpose of adjusting the lot lines between four or fewer existing adjoining parcels of real property where the land taken from one parcel is added to an adjoining parcel and where a greater number of parcels than originally existed is not thereby created.
LOT MERGER: A document created for the purpose of providing for the merger of a parcel or unit of real property with a contiguous parcel or unit of real property held by the same owner.
COURT EXHIBIT SURVEY: Through analysis of record maps, legal descriptions and a field survey, mapped information can be used for the purpose of presenting a visual exhibit in the courtroom.
AERIAL TOPOGRAPHIC SURVEY: A field survey locating natural and man made topographic features using aerial photography.
GROUND TOPOGRAPHIC SURVEY: A field survey locating natural and man made topographic features using terrestrial based instrumentation.
GEODETIC CONTROL SURVEY: A field survey in which account is taken of the figure and size of the earth to determine or predetermine the horizontal or vertical positions of points, monuments or stations.
ELEVATION CERTIFICATE: A field survey for the sole purpose of certifying building elevation and used as an important administrative tool of the National Flood Insurance Program.
LEGAL DESCRIPTION AND PLAT: A document created for the purpose of establishing a definite location of real property by reference to a survey, record map or adjoining property.
CORNER RECORD: A field survey retracement of lines as shown on a record map.
RECORD OF SURVEY: A map made as a result of a field survey that disclosed material evidence or discrepancy, physical change, establishment of points or lines not shown on any record map or record of survey and filed with the county surveyor.
RIGHTS-OF-WAY ENGINEERING: A document created for the purpose of determining conveyance of fee interest, a leasehold interest, an easement or a license on real property.
PETROCHEMICAL SURVEY: A field survey of refineries, pipelines and oil/gas well sites.
NATIVE LAND SURVEY: A field survey on native lands.
LAND PLANNING: A combination of property line and topographic surveys can be utilized for the preparation of a site plan to be used for designing.
CONSTRUCTION STAKING: A field survey establishing design location points for construction of improvements.
